Albert Marlow lived at number 7 Broad Street Corner, Birmingham.
His most notable exhibition venue was The Royal Society of Artists, Birmingham where he showed a total of ten paintings between 1884 and 1888.

Marlow’s compositional and drawing skills are clearly evident in all of the five works shown here. He also displays a very strong sense of his love of the rural subjects he chose so often in his work.
